
Payments & Cancellations
We understand situations arise that may require you to cancel your appointment, it is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment that you will provide more than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice. This allows for the possibility of another client to be given your appointment. Cancellations within less than twelve (12) hours will not allow us that opportunity.
Payment Methods
New clients for initial consultations (90mins) we kindly request you to pay ahead of treatment to secure your appointment.

For subsequent treatments, we kindly request a $50 deposit.
Should you need to cancel before the cancellation policy times a full refund will be given.

We accept cash, PayID or payments though Square (card fees apply) at the time of your treatment.

Payments via bank transfers are also accepted. However, bank transfer payments have to be arranged prior to treatments. Please contact me for bank details.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
Less than 24 hours - 50% of treatment price.
Less than 12 hours - 100% of treatment price.
Pre purchased payment plans with 10% applied (Ongoing In Motion) – in the event of missing an appointment, the cost of that appointment will be forfeited.
Pay as you go, 5th appointment at 50% plan – the final discount will not be applied.
Health Fund Rebates
HICAPS – please check with your health fund as you may be able to claim Health Fund Rebate on Remedial Treatments.
